1. What types of portrait sessions do you offer?

We specialize in studio portraits, business headshots, branding portraits, personal portraits, and team or corporate headshots. Clients visit our Alpharetta, GA studio or can arrange on-location sessions in Milton, Roswell, Johns Creek, and the greater North Atlanta area.

2. Who are your portrait sessions for?

Portrait sessions are ideal for entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, creatives, professionals, individuals, couples, and families who want images that reflect personality and professionalism. Whether it’s a business headshot, a branding portrait, or a personal portrait to display at home, each session is tailored to the client.

3. How far in advance should I book my session?

We recommend that you book your custom portrait or brand portrait at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance. It's never too early to get on the schedule!

4. How do I prepare for a portrait session?

Preparation is simple and personalized. I provide guidance during our consultation on styling, wardrobe, and colors that photograph well and complement your goals. Clients are encouraged to bring multiple outfits and accessories if desired, and we plan sessions to highlight both style and personality. Complimentary hair and makeup is provided for custom sessions.

5. What can I expect during a headshot session?

Sessions are relaxed. I provide expert guidance on posing and expression so that each portrait feels natural and looks great. Whether it’s a solo headshot or a team session, my goal is to make the process enjoyable and stress-free.

6. How long does a portrait session take?

Session length varies depending on the type of photos (add 60-90 mins for hair and makeup):

  • Business headshots – ~45–60 minutes

  • Branding portraits – ~60–90 minutes

  • Team or corporate headshots – ~10 minutes per person

  • Fine art or Family portraits – ~60 minutes-2 hours

This ensures enough time to create variety and quality in every image.

7. Do you edit/retouch the photos?

Yes, your photos will look like you on your very best day. I retouch each image with a gentle hand, smoothing out blemishes, removing any dark shadows, or fixing unwanted folds in clothing. Nothing extreme.

8. Where do your clients come from?

Most clients visit from Alpharetta, Milton, Roswell, Johns Creek, and the greater North Atlanta area. Some come from much farther. Whether for professional headshots, branding portraits, or personal milestones, we create an experience that’s convenient, comfortable, and memorable.
